Garland 134 and 234 Conference Room – Quick Start

1. Connect your device for TV presentation

  • Large flat-screen TV on the wall will turn on automatically upon entry to the room. LG TV remote is also available to power on and off manually.
  • HDMI: Use the HDMI cable at the front of the room to connect your device.

3. Camera, Microphone and Speaker for video conferencing

  • USB-C: Connect the USB-C cable at the front of the room to your device , and select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone in Zoom/Teams.
    • Speaker: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone
    • Microphone: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone
    • Camera: Logi Rallybar

4. Quick Troubleshooting

Issue

Solution

TV blank

Confirm TV is powered on, confirm HDMI cable is connected to your device

No sound

Confirm USB-C cable is connected to your device, select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone in your device's sound output speaker menu 

Camera not working

 Confirm USB-C cable is connected to your device, select Logi Rallybar is selected in your device's camera menu

Microphone not working

Confirm USB-C cable is connected to your device, select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone in your device's microphone menu
