Description
Most workstations issued by VU come with a standard three-year warranty, which covers accidental physical damage and hardware parts failure. This article provides resources for checking the hardware warranty for the most common device manufacturers used at Vanderbilt University.

Unable to find device Serial Number or Service Tag:
- Place a Service Request. A VUIT Technician will have additional resources for determining device warranty status. They will provide repair options, help with securing a loaner workstation, and guide you through the repair process.
