On-Campus Support

On-Campus support is provided by request:

  • We are available for on-campus support Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Place a Desktop Support Service Request and select "VUIT Comes to You" for your preferred method of support.

Walk-up Support

Visit us at the Vanderbilt Hill Center

  • We are available for walk-up support Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

To schedule a walk-in support session place a Desktop Support Service Request and select "You come to VUIT" for your preferred method of support.

Phone Support

Call the VUIT Tech Hub at 615-343-9999 or send us a text message at 1-844-436-1567.

You can also place a Desktop Support Service Request and select "Phone" for your preferred method of support.

  • We are available for phone support:

    • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

    • Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Saturday: Closed

    • Sunday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
