Resolution or Procedure Steps

  • Restart the Application
Close the application completely and reopen it. This can often resolve temporary glitches.

  • Restart the Computer
Sometimes, simply restarting your computer can resolve underlying issues that may be causing application crashes. This clears the memory and closes background processes that might be interfering with application performance.
For Windows, be sure to Restart rather than Shut-Down when rebooting for troubleshooting purposes.

Boot your computer in Safe Mode to see if the application works without additional programs running.

  • Reinstall the Application
Uninstalling and then reinstalling the application can resolve issues related to corrupted files.

  • Check System Requirements
Verify that your device meets the minimum system requirements for the application.

  • Consult Event Viewer (Windows only)
For Windows users, check the Event Viewer for error messages related to the application crash.
