Final Grading Rubric PILOT

Final Grading Rubric

Applies to: IMM: ACE, AI and ISC courses

Description of Process: The Course Director puts in the Final Grade. If that Final Grade is not in alignment with the rubric, a modal will pop up. The pop up is the result of the Final Grade not aligning with the Final Grading Rubric. A Course Director can then decide to change or keep the Final Grade based on this alert. If they keep their original grade, they will have to enter an explanation. This explanation can be accessed in the logs of the Course.

If a Course Director’s Given Grade and the Rubric-Aligned Grade are the same, there will be no modal pop up.
