Within VSTAR, Deans now have the ability to view and export Portfolio Coach Meeting data to view available and scheduled meetings.
For Deans with Coaching Management permissions, the new management view allows you to search and export Coach meeting data. This view is helpful when analyzing coaching availability and scheduled meetings with students.
First begin by navigating to the Coaching Management view under the Portfolio tab on the left navigation menu:
The columns can be filtered to meet your search parameters, including by Meeting Type, Phase, Start & End Dates or First & Last name. Results can be exported.
