Description
Student's getting access denied when trying to log into the Commodore portal, but no issues logging into OneVU or Vanderbilt SSO.
Resolution or Procedure Steps
- If student can log into OneVU/Vanderbilt SSO and has spoken with the Student Access portal team, studentaccess@vanderbilt.edu, then the student will need to reach out to PSI at psi-list@vanderbilt.edu for further assistance
