Prerequisites

  • They must be employed by VUMC or have a VUMC ID 

Description

This article includes applications that are frequently asked for assistance from VUIT, but cannot assist with from VUMC.  

Resolution or Procedure Steps

The following are common applications and questions that cannot be handled by VUIT and please transfer or provide the number for the VUMC Helpdesk at 615-343-4357

  • Workday

  • MyHealth at Vanderbilt

 

Common Issues/Troubleshooting

If you have a Dual ID please ensure that you are using the correct one when signing into Single Sign On pages.
