Activating your Adobe License

After a purchase has completed for an Adobe Product, the below steps will be required to activate your license.

  1. You should receive an email from Adobe "Getting Started with Product Name"Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)If you do not receive an email, go to https://www.adobe.com/ 
    (Not receiving an email may indicate you have blocked the email address or it was delivered to your SPAM folder. Please ensure you have not blocked the notifications@adobe.com address.)Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Sign into Adobe using your Vanderbilt email and Adobe ID password if you know it. If not, use the sign in with a code below.
    (Your Adobe ID is created upon License assignment and the password may be not be same as your VU ePassword.)

  3. You may be asked to enter a mobile number. This is optional and not required to activate your license. 
    (If you are not prompted or chose "Not Now" proceed to Step 6.)

  4. If prompted, and you choose to enter a mobile number, you will be required to confirm your number with a text message.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Click Continue

  6. Choose the Vanderbilt Univ ProfileUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  7. Your license has been activated and your Adobe Application can be downloaded if required.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
