The purpose of this article is to detail the process for requesting access to the Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

To request access to the Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), follow the directions below. This is the most efficient way to receive help with OAC until the form can be recreated.
Resolution or Procedure Steps
- Navigate to the IT service catalog by selecting Services.
- Select the Accounts and Access Management category in the service catalog.
- Click on the Account and Access Management General Request service.
- Click Request Service at the upper right corner of the screen or the lower portion of the screen if you are using a tablet or mobile device.
- Type in "OAC Access Request" or "OAC Updates" as the Subject.
- Select Other in the Request Type drop down menu.
- Provide the following information in the Comments section.
- User Name
- User Email
- User VUNet ID
- Groups to add or remove user from
- If unknown, list a user whose access should be duplicated for the new request.
- Requestor Name
- Manager Name
- Approver Name
- Comment to assign the ticket to VUIT Data Architecture and Analytics.
- Click Submit.
