The default storage limits for active and enrolled students and regular, full-time faculty and staff are set as follows: 100GB in Box, 250GB in OneDrive, and 250GB in SharePoint. Temporary faculty and staff and affiliates with valid VUnet IDs are allocated 100GB in Box and 50GB in OneDrive. These storage resources are designated for active projects and routine engagement with work data. Vanderbilt offers more cost-effective solutions for long-term archiving.
