Service Description
Salesforce is Vanderbilt's cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The service is available to staff who need a place to track interactions and connect with customers, whether finding prospects, closing deals, building relationships, or more.
Salesforce combines data from multiple sources and provides it in a shared view for the Vanderbilt departments, who use it to radically collaborate and interact with customers.
How do I get the service?
Please use the two request forms on this page to request work from the Salesforce team. An explanation of the different form purposes is below:
- Salesforce Enhancement: Submit an enhancement request if you have ideas for new features in Salesforce or for how updates to current flows or processes could be improved for your team(s).
- General Salesforce Request: Submit a general request if you are running into issues using Salesforce, if things aren't displaying how you'd expect them to, or for any other needs. These can include issues with the system or general requests for help.
