TeamDynamix (TDX) is Vanderbilt University’s enterprise platform for IT Service Management (ITSM).
It provides tools for managing service requests, incidents, and workflows within and across departments.
The platform supports collaboration and efficiency by centralizing service management in one system.
Use the service offerings on the right to request enhancements, onboard your department to TeamDynamix, or submit a general request to the VUIT ITSM team.

How do I get the service?

To access this service, follow these steps:

  1. Review related knowledge articles for further information.
  2. Choose the appropriate Service Offering on the right.
  3. Fill in the form with all the required information.
