OneVU Application Access

Use this form to add users to eligible OneVU applications.

Which applications are eligible?

- Applications that require user-specific access management.

- Applications where manual user assignment is necessary.

Which applications are ineligible? (These applications will not appear in the tools selection list)

- Applications already assigned to all Vanderbilt users (Oracle Cloud, Microsoft 365)

- Applications with predefined user subset assignments (Applications assigned to all students, faculty, or staff)

When to Use:

- When requesting access for specific users to targeted applications

- When standard all-user assignment does not apply

- For granular, controlled application access management

When NOT to Use:

- Investigating missing user access in predefined application subsets
