eSignature (DocuSign) is a University-approved solution for collecting electronic signatures on documents. Anyone can sign DocuSign documents, including people outside of the university. Vanderbilt University (VU) employees can initiate requests for signatures after establishing a DocuSign departmental or unit account.
How do I get the service?
DocuSign incurs a charge of approximately $6 per envelope that can be charged to the business unit. To ensure that Chief Business Officers (CBOs) are informed about and consent to DocuSign charges, Chief Business Officer (CBO) approval is required to add users to DocuSign. Please attach approval email with DocuSign access request.
