Data Center Hardware Installation
This service is intended for the installation of new devices in the Data Center, or for relocating existing devices from external locations to the Data Center. Consulting with a VUIT relationship manager prior to purchasing new equipment is highly encouraged.
Data Center Cable Request
Request cabling for networked devices located in the VU Data Center at Hill Center.
Data Center Hardware Move
This service is intended for moving existing devices between Data Centers.
Data Center Hardware Removal
This service is intended for removing existing devices from Data Centers.
Data Center General Request
The Network Operations Center provides 24/7/52 monitoring of Vanderbilt network and data center computer equipment. Additionally, the NOC provides hands-on support for data center customers including: installs, moves, and removals of equipment, and basic troubleshooting.
