Shared Exchange Mailbox Access Request

Service Description

This allows support personnel to manage access to the shared exchange mailbox (SEM) without needing direct access to the mailbox. If you are unsure of who manages the SEM you are needing to access, or to change the support person for an SEM please submit a ticket.

An SEM is also known as a shared mailbox or department mailbox.

How do I get the service?
