Resolution or Procedure Steps
For Windows:

Open Outlook: Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

In the Account Settings window, click the Data Files tab.

Click Add to create a new Outlook Data File (.pst).

For Mac:

Open Outlook for Mac: Launch Outlook on your Mac device.

In the Tools tab, click Export.

Note: A Mac .olm file will only work for importing to Outlook on another Mac. If cross functionality is desired, creating a .pst on a Windows computer is recommended.
For Outlook on the Web (OWA):
Outlook on the Web does not support creating or managing .pst files. You will need to use the desktop version of Outlook for this functionality.
