Submit an IT Support Request
Place a Desktop Support Service Request.
Fill in the details of your request, clearly stating your needs for IT-related accommodations or support.
Work with Student Access Services If you are not sure what assistive technology or support you need, or if you require additional accommodations, you can contact Vanderbilt’s Student Access Services for guidance. They will help assess your needs and may collaborate with the IT department to implement the right solutions.
Follow-Up on Your Request After submitting your request, a member of the IT team will reach out to you within the specified time frame. They will help resolve your issues, whether it’s assisting with software installations, hardware configurations, or addressing accessibility concerns.
