You must have set up at least one recovery option (e.g., email, SMS, or security question).
Description
This article explains how to reclaim your forgotten password.
Resolution or Procedure Steps

From a browser, go to https://onevu.vanderbilt.edu Sign-In Page

Log in using your @vanderbilt.edu email or VUnetID and click next.

When asked for your password, click “Forgot password.”

Click “Send me an email”.

Wait for the OneVU email with a numeric verification key or a link to reset the password to arrive in your inbox.

Once you have the email with your numeric verification code, you can select “Enter a verification code instead” on your screen.

Enter the code and click “Verify”.

Using the password requirements, type in your desired new password and select “Reset Password” to confirm changes.
