Service Description

Request this service to procure a new device/computer. Technology is constantly changing and to stay up to date with these changes and ensure that endpoint devices can run the latest software, our process is to lifecycle endpoint devices every 4 years.

Departments are responsible for keeping their endpoint devices within this lifecycle as VUIT may not be able to fully support devices that are outside of the 4 year replacement cycle.

This service offers comprehensive support for purchasing parts and accessories. Departments may choose to order monitors, keyboards, web cams, and other accessories without VUIT consultation (Please refer to your department's policy on IT equipment purchases).
