  • Have an active Vanderbilt student account.

Description

The Student Housing Portal is where students can log in and manage their housing contracts. Students will also use this portal to submit their housing applications during the enrollment period.

All incoming first-year students are required to submit a housing application. Students will log into the Housing Portal using their VUnetID and password.

A First-Year Student will not be able to log into the Housing Portal prior to the open enrollment period due to their profile not being in their system. If they recently claimed their VUNetID during the open enrollment period, it can take up to 72 hours from the VUNetID creation for their profile to enter their system.

Common Issues/Troubleshooting

  • If students are unable to log into the housing portal, they may need to change their password

    • If this does not work, the student may need to contact the housing office directly for help. They can be reached at 615-322-2591 or housing@vanderbilt.edu
