This article explains how to reset an expired VU password.
Resolution or Procedure Steps

Click this link to reset your password, signing in with your current VUnetID and password: VU Identity .

If you can complete the process, please allow one hour for your VU email and Duo accounts to be re-activated.

If you are not able to sign in, we will need to re-authenticate your account.

To change a VU Gmail password:

Please go to: VU Identity

Click the 3-line or “waffle” icon in the top left near "Home."

Open End User Tools and select Set VU Gmail Password.

Enter and set your new password.

If you are not able to create a new password, please see step 3 above.

Keep your VU password current.

Pay attention to reminder emails.

VU passwords must be reset annually.
