TeamDynamix (TDX) is Vanderbilt's ITSM (IT Service Management) application used by VUIT for Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge and Change management. It is also designed as an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform available for departments outside VUIT to use for those same applications.
